Cross-Fade JavaScript effect...

I created a good JavaScript page fade-in, and a programmer here showed me how to enhance it to make the pages fade-in and fade-out, but the client is looking for something that's more complicated... I've experimented, but can't seem to get it. Please look at this site: [login to view URL] The pages CROSS-FADE from one to the next. Right now the pages fade out, then fade in, but not fade out and in at the same time!!! Need someone who knows where to find this code, can recreate the effect using the JS on this site, or who can create this code TONIGHT!
