I want to load a "Popup" when users open site . When 100% of site loaded then my popup will appear from bottom and then it will promote some app. Like whatspp , wechat etc. It will was weather you want to install app or not , for that there will be two option "Install" and "Skip" . Install- > When users will click on Install then it will open new page like "[login to view URL]" in new tab and then popup ad will be disappeared . Slip -> Popup ad will disappeared and then user will surf their site. there should be some cookie option , meaning after clicking on any of two button "Install" or "Skip" users won't get this popup ad for 3 hr. all code should be fully made in a single ".js" file.
