Develop a slot machine for Qualtrics in JavaScript

We need the code (in JavaScript) for a Qualtrics survey that satisfies the following: 1. Looks like an actual slot machine, we can modify the "image" of every slot. 2. Has three "wheels" and ten "slots" per wheel, and is easily modifiable. 3. The speed of every wheel differs and can be modified. 4. We can decide where each wheel stops. The ideal is to find a freelancer that is willing to keep working on further modifications in the future.
