add windows 10 support to cordova-plugin-dbcopy, a cordova opensource plugin. -- 2

I need the plugin cordova-plugin-dbcopy ([login to view URL]) to support Windows 10 Universal App Platform (both PC and smartphones/tablets). Now it supports only android and ios. Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 support are not necessary. The dbcopy plugin allows to copy or delete a sqlite file from the www folder. This plugin has to be used with another plugin (cordova-sqlite-ext, [login to view URL]) that allows to open a prepopulated sqlite database in a cordova app. I think it's possible to copy a lot of code from the cordova-sqlite-ext but I don't know how to develop a cordova plugin for Windows 10. The code provided in this job will be released as opensource. Budget is 50 euro... Thanks for reading and happy coding!
