CMS Experts - Arab Programmers

Hi, I have a website which is completed in Joomla and it has a section of calendar which is in English right now as you can see in attached template. I want professional programmer who can provide the Arabic calendar which will have ALL the fields in Arabic language including month, date and all information which is seen in the template. jpg. If this Joomla component will not support Arabic text then you can also suggest any other joomla component which has Arabic text support. Programmers from Arab country will have an advantage and I will only consider them because then I will save my time in translation issues. Thanks, Sam
