Dating leads for French-Canadian/France site

I need to increase membership using leads on my French/Serious Only dating site (Canada (Quebec), France). Those seeking occational or intimate relations are just refered to those kind of sites. It's a SERIOUS ONLY dating site and it's those members that I want. LEADS TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL SINGLES: - Must be REAL serious singles - NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM! - Must be French-Canadian(are mostly in the Province of Quebec) or from France ONLY! - Must be Over 18 years old - ONLY quality sign-ups - ONLY unique and confirmed E-mail Addresses and IP addresses - NO Blackhat techniques, using proxies, PTS (pay to subscribe) or any other funny game (got burned before and deleted profiles, fired freelancer) - NO spammers or distasteful, illegal or plain sick profile pictures - You will be paid only for those REAL singles that remain active after 30 days. I will pay UP TO $1 per VALID LEAD. I welcome newbies too. I might picked more than 1 freelancers thus PM me the estimate time to deliver the leads, your cost per lead(max.$1.00), quantity of leads and what methods(FB/social media, banners, PPC, PPV...) you can do. Those are factors that I will use to select you. I will not pay or create a milestone in advance. Like I mentioned, I got burned before so don't even asked! I will however work with you to better target the leads. I will pay using a Freelancer milestones for every 50 VALID leads you do deliver. Keep in mind that...I will NOT give you access as an administrator to our site but you will be given a tracking number to evaluate your own performance(got a tracking backend for you). I know my site stats(% man/woman, % pictures ...) so NO GAME or you will not get paid, be deactivated from tracking and get a bad review from me !!!
