• Need to market the Bench of skilled Technical Professional consultant
• Experience interacting with primary vendors
• Must have knowledge on W2, Corp to Corp, 1099 (US tax terms)
• Strong skills in working with various job portals and searching social networking sites.
• Work with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Techfetch, Career Builders, ProHires etc.
• Should be familiar with posting requirements and generating effective leads for job opportunities for consultants through social media ---LinkedIn groups, Google groups, etc. Negotiate rates and salaries.
• Should have a good understanding of all the contracts and paperwork that need to be signed from Candidate and clients pre and post interviews/placement
• Should be able to handle multiple quality submissions for several consultants on a daily basis.
• Responsible for entire sales life cycle until closure
Required skills:
• Must have good network with Prime vendors and Implementation partners.
• Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
