Condensing contracts into lay person summary

We are looking for an individual or group, who are either paralegal/attorney/lawyer, and who can effectively summarize legal contracts into a lay person summary by bullet points. I have listed an example section from a contract below. Interested freelancers should respond with their summarized version of the example section which is recommended to be approximately 10% of the original contract passages length. The summary should clearly outline what the user can or cannot do, their rights or lack of rights, as well as language which clearly says what the company can do, or is entitled to, or must do in certain circumstances. Include hard facts like names/phone/address/any contact etc in the summary. Maintain the same order as it is found in the original document and also keep for reference in the summary the Section Titles and where found in the original document. Winning bid will be chosen based on who can best extract the most important points, eliminating the legalese, but still keeping the main concept of the section.
