blog commenting link building

Hi, I need someone to build quality backlinks for me through blog commenting. The site is education and hence the comments must be on the sites that are related to education. It is not necessary to have .edu links but the comment must be such that they must drive quality traffic. Initially I need 1000 comments and If I am satisfied will go for more.
