Amazon S3 Bucket Script.

I need a script that can be setup as a cron job on a Linux CentOS6 server? the script will need to copy some files and transfer them to an amazon s3 bucket storage location. this script has to provide the following options... 1. basic debugging and troubleshooting of errors 2. history 3. Set to run hourly 4. Retain 30 days worth of saves on s3 server 5. (if possible) an APP or a basic mobile website that provides the ability to run the job anytime and display the latest 10 entries in the log. it would also be nice to select specific backups and share them with someone else. open to ideas. There are are several ways to do what i am asking. we need to figure out what would work best using a cell phone as the controller.
