Hello, I am a pure CLI expert. Worked on AWS high availability system configuration with load balancing, auto scaling, clustering, replication and others. I dont think its a good idea to move from AWS but if you want to move it and decrease your current cost then you might move to DO or Linode. A separate web and DB server is always recommended.
