Apache mod_rewrite QUICK fix

This is really SMALL job for a guy who is expert in Apache mod_rewrite. We have linix/unix server am not sure. We have installed flax CMS on server. The apache mod that the developer wrote does not work on our server. The mod was used for SEO. VERY IMPORTANT : You have to make sure the mod_rewrite is enabled and it is working or not, if not then you have to turn it on, and install if required. I want you (bidder )to write a new .htaccess file for us that can transform requests as: url [login to view URL] makes call to [login to view URL];start=1 Where 2 is article id and 1 is page number. 1. My budget is strictly less than $30. 2. Payment after testing , you will be provided server FTP access. 3. Need to get this done rightaway, do not tell me you can do it tommorow.
