Design App for embedded linux on tablet computer

Medical Device Prototype: -advise on what pre-existing rugged tablet pc to use for this project (use alibaba, aliexpress, ebay, etc.) *must have bluetooth, NFC capability, long battery life, sunlight readable display, waterproof -using existing windows application for concept, goal is to use linux based tablet that is able to instantly boot directly into the application you design -application will receive data from bluetooth transmitter and you'll need to interface this data with the application so it displays on the tablet computer in real time -user should have no access to tablet OS besides the application that you design -interface NFC reader into the linux tablet so that NFC tag can be read and it's ID incorporated into the data on the app you design -if this is successful, I will need a seperate application designed for recording the received data in a simple format -Non disclosure and source code must be provided upon payment *I'll also need help with interfacing an additional piece of hardware that will include supplying it the correct power and transmitting it's data via bluetooth to the tablet and able to be displayed on the application's user interface as well *Hardware has been purchased for medical device that will transmit the bluetooth data, the main idea is to interface the data from this hardware into an app that you design for linux and to have the tablet boot instantly into this application with user access to this application only
