Design/Image for T-shirts and stickers

I need a design to put on a t-shirt and, if possible, on stickers. I'd like a collection of head shots or caricatures of the following public figures arranged in a creative way (similar to Mt Rushmore or in a circle, for example): U.S. President Barack Obama, U.S. Senators Mark Warner and Jim Webb from the Commonwealth of Virginia, V. I. Lenin, Karl Marx, and Joseph Stalin. Underneath/around/above I'd like to have appear the slogan, "The Many Faces of Socialism" or "Socialism -- Yesterday and Today", or words to that end. The design should be able to be reproduced in color (no more than 2 or 3 colors -- the outline of the faces so that they are recognizable is all that I think is necessary) or black & white. The words should be in an easily read font and should add to the artistic appearance of the image. I would like the image scalable, so that it would fit on different size shirts, the front or back of a shirt, and, if possible, on a bumper sticker or other sticker. The design would be a work for hire, so that I receive all rights in and to the design.
