I have a lot of experience setting up manufacturing cells for molded products. Ranging from massive composite products, to small detailed plastic molded products. I start with the detailed financial analysis of the cell to know the required capital equipment costs and labour and materials standards. I then order and place the equipment, test the equipment, and typically do a test production run. I end with a final report on the manufacturing cell performance detailing the bottom line cost analysis. As you have given very short details on the project requirements, I can only assume some of the equipment requirements and have bid based on this (the main requirement being a desktop CNC machine).
