Improved performance of Phase measurement unit for smart grid

1:- In this project we have to reduce the elapsed time by use any different methodology (you can change the position of the PMU for reduce the elapsed time or can be choose any other in which you will be comfortable ). 2:- In the second step , we have to use different methodology for reduce the total losses .
