ASW Mechanical Saw Fence Project -- 2

ASW is a wood products Co. that manufactures soundboard products for all acoustic instruments. As the milling demands change we need to upgrade milling machines and apparatuses. The current job is to an adjustable fence to replace the current fence on a 42" vertical band resaw with table carriage.. I can provide pictures and video of the current system so the job seeker will see what is being replaced and it's function. The main criterias of concern are: light weigh frame and assembly yet durable speedy adjustment yet firm & smooth that will stay put. Hinge mounted to flip out of the way when necessary [about 70% of the time] The material/components I think useful to be considered.: threaded rod threaded bushings and anti-backlash flange nuts bearing blocks plate aluminum bearing type hinges I have put some thought into what I need and came up with what I drew in the attached image. I can get it build locally but need to pin down the plan with the material list and where to get special materials/parts.
