Sir I am a good aeronautical engineer from India, Bangalore, I can design your VTOL aircraft supersonic in 1 years time, if you consider to pay 100,000 USD per annum rate. I can make the design and manufacturing plans, but the cost involved in buying raw materials and machines are additional. Or we can hire some factory to make the production.
