A city app

Need a app that communicates with databases and google maps. A part of the function is like: ADONcity (swedish) (map and lust functionallity is great. Logos shows up in map) The style, simpleness, smoothness here is good. <--- important Its a app for iOs and android. Its a "City-app". I begin with one city, but is have to be easy to implement more cities by myself. The app starts and feel where you are. Ability to choose city among the ones i have input. The meaning of the app is to show offers from stores in the nearby, restaurants, banks, information, happenings, sports, tourism. Everything. But the company who wants to be there has to be member, and gets a member-login. ( they pay us for this ) All this is categorized. STORES- BANKS- COMPANYS -HEALTHCARE and so on. Need to add/remove categories from admin. If we look at map, each one of these dots have to be clickable, so the user comes to the companys own side in the app. A picture, phone and more info / offers is presented here ( see how it works on ADONcity -app ) <--- important Ability to make favorites, make your own list. (button favorites) City foodmenu - All restaurants can be member and show what they have today´s special. /per city. Admin handles from backend. Search ( broad search in the city you are in ) Calender ( a day to day with happenings in the city ) It feel what day it is and presents the happening if there is one. At the bottom of screen (about 10% in height) there is sponsored ads. Admin interface so handle this. How long they show, how many and so on. Categorized in citys. Push-notices from the stores that has this addon. Lets say if you are a 25m from the store, it sends a push with offer or something ) Sponsor of the month! - A button that shows one big fullscreen ad. ( configurates via adminpanel ) Every user (store, hairsaloon, whatever) has to have the ability to be a user that can login to fix their own "site" with offers and so on. <--- important Admin has to add citys, categories, new users, see all users pages, add calender-happenings, mostly everything. <--- important The graphic of this app have to be classy. I have some graphics as layered psd. Very stylish. The prics has to be included: Api´s, Create databases mysql ( i have the webspace), building full adminsystem, full usersystem ( new user and so on ) Please read all this. Think if you can handle all this. If not, please dont bid. There is no rush. I dont have time all of the day, the communication with me is mail or chat, but only in swedish evenings.
