Add Leadbolt ads to my html5 android app with phonegap or Intel XDK -- 2

hi i have created android app with help of construct 2 game engine now i need to add leadbolt ads in my app with help of phonegap or intel XDK i want to input this type of ads - Banner,Interstitial,audio ads and app wall want to work with demo app on team viewer before award project (Because there is many freelancers without good knowledge and then not giving good output) i am looking for individual freelancer only
