Android App Development - Goal Tracking - Clean Minimalist Style

Hi, I am looking to hire someone in order to make a 'goal tracking' app for the Android platform. It may be possible that further down the line I would also like to have an iOS port as well. I'm no sure if there are any such practices but if there are any that would enable an easier port to iOS in the furture, please take these into account. I am also looking for help in submitting the app to the google play store and meeting whatever guidelines are in place for app approval. I am hoping that the developer would be interested in forming a partnership with a negotiable percentage of any ad revenue generated going to you for your help with the app. It goes without saying however that I cannot guarantee any form of success or revenue but we can hope! I will outline the basic premise and try to include all functionality so that you can base your proposals on the level of work required. I can then send more detailed ideas afterwards. Overview: - User can set up a range of 'tags' for activities in their user area [for this example let's use 'football' and 'violin'] - User can make posts (short 140 character messages) and select a tag [only from those which have been previously created in their area] under which to post the message. Example "Just finished 5-a side" - Football or "Practised second page of Tchaikovsky Violin concerto 30mins" - Violin - Posting the message will result in the entry (as well as date and time) being filed under the users profile area sort of like a diary entry. A counter will also count next to the tag how many 'posts' have been made for each tag. Example: Football [6] Violin [23] - Users can add friends via username so that whenever a friend posts, it will show up on a sort of timeline on the homepage showing updates from those who you are 'following' - you can also search for tags globally and choose to follow people under tags you are interested in. There is a little bit more to the app that I think makes it a bit more interesting, but functionally, the above description covers it. Design-wise I am thinking of a minimalist interface with a very clean 'zen' sort of ethos and using the 'flat design' style that is currently in vogue. Finally, I would like to add that I am a student who is proposing this out of curiosity and as a small project with a meager budget. This is not an urgent project with a deadline or quick turn-around.
