Android App like Yelp needed

Web browser inside App – android We need to make a webapp that replicates the functionality of our website. We are looking for a facebook type approach that app will be based onbrowser and will work on multiple sized android screens. Technical aspects needed = GPS/AGPS script that picks nearby city/ state/ country location of the person Incorporate OpenStreetMap, Map zoom , browse feature with plotted data (from database) Nearby Events Listing from Database using long/ lat data Register/ Log in, Posting Events, Uploading picture for Event (Event = database instance) Sign in with Facebook / Twitter Display event page and show details (fetched from database).
