Android App video recorder

I need app with following features: - Welcome Page - Registration with Name, Surname, Email - then app need to record video max 60 sec. - then this video must to be able to be sent to email and / or published on Facebook (always same page profile) This app can be in english language but I need to have the opportunity for translate in other language (italian) All the graphics interface will be provided by me. The app will not be published in Google Play, it will be installed only in some Android Tablet.
