Android App

I created a mobile interface for android that opens a cloud based (mobile website) that I need some code written for a template in eclipse that has the following abilities. The mobile app - Small header with client name and back button and refresh button at top (15px tall) - The body should contain a browser window for viewing my mobile sites. I would prefer not to use webview. I want to go into eclipse open this template, add an icon, change a link to a mobile url, set project title and export apk for market. I also need a second version that I can add an audio stream to for a radio station to play. That would be at the bottom, it would have the same features as above. Nothing fancy, simple is better, a play and stop button. I just need it to play when the screen goes black. The radio stream section would be 35px tall at the bottom.
