Hi,dear I can make your app very useful and perfect. I already implemented GCM notification by using backend service. I can make your app very easily and shortly. I can also develop both of backend web service and mobile apps. And I can also construct database and extract data from database. All communication between server and mobile apps will be performed by using JSON/XML format. If there is new data on the server, the server will send notification to the phone by using GCM push notification server. I can guarantee to finish the work in a time bound and professional manner. Your idea seems incredible though I don't know the legal side of the business :). I have done similar apps which use push notifications, and in most cases the back-end was Parse because it was more user-friendly for the admins to upload the data. We can either store the data locally in a SQLite database, syncing it at specified intervals OR show it real-time by fetching from the server. I would like to know whether I would be responsible for developing the back-end also and if so, whether are there any requirements related to how the back-end should be implemented.
