Android Custom List View For Contacts

I need the following: 1. Main Activity should have a textbox labeled "Comments" and button called: Send 2. When click "send", it should load a new view. 3. this new view should contain a sliding tab list view 4. tab one should read "registered users", tab 2 should read "Invite" 5. When viewing tab 1, it should show all registered users from a mysql table labeled users. It should display the contact name that is on the device. this can be done by retrieving the phone number from the mysql table and comparing it to the phone number from the contacts list on the device. if there is no match in phone number, just display the username. If there is a match, display the name from the device and right underneath it, in a smaller font, display the username. 6. there should be a checkbox beside each user, which i should be able to select. Once I make the first select, a image view button should appear on the top right corner of the view. When clicking this button it should submit the comment i created on the main activity to these users. This should be saved in a table called comments Comments table id userid comment 7. I should be able to select contacts from tab 2 as well. It should do the same thing as step 6 except it should save the comments in a table called unregisteredusers_comments. Also, it should automatically send a sms to the selected users with the following message: "Please register for this app." unregisteredusers_comments id userphonenumber --->this should be retreived from the contact list on the devic randomuseridstring --->random string that is generated on its own comment Users table id username phonenumber It should display the name, phone number, email address, and a thumbnail of there is a picture
