Android Expert Developer!

Hello! I am looking to hire an expert in Android development for a very simple project. You must be an expert with Android SDK and developing a content based self contained App. (no internet required) We have some educational Tutorials with step by step instructions and screen shots. Most of the tutorials are about 7 steps long so there is not that much data. Would like to display the content within our App (self contained). There may be up to 25 tutorials. Currently we have our Tutorials data Posted on a Wordpress site. Message me on the PMB with your approach to getting this done urgently. I have included screen shots of my vision of how it should look on the device. We are not paying a lot of this simple App. Signed NDA will be required. Thanks! Daniel
