Android Expert Needed for Budget Application - repost

It is a simple personal budget application for androids called ‘£asy Budget Cut’. (£asy is pronounced as Easy.) It is made for users to calculate their budget on a weekly and monthly basis, which enable better control over their expenses compared to their income. It allows the user to create and add their expenses into the system and this should be displayed either in the pie chart or the detailed report. I will provide the logo of the applications. The application has to be fully operational when being delivered on the deadline. I am willing to spend up to the budget of $70. There would be a bonus of $5 for the delivering the application on time as well as additional $5 for the application to be fully operational.
