Android Mobile App Project

I am seeking a well experienced mobile phone application Programmer to create the “first milestone” of my application. Each Milestone will have detailed descriptions of functions needed within. If this milestone is completed successfully and on time, I will then continue to work with you and release the “second milestone”. If you continue to complete each milestone I will continue with the rest of the job. You NEED TO PROVIDE a portfolio of your recent mobile phone program work for recent or existing clients that I can find their app and reference if needed. Please – ONLY U.S.A. based Developers. Broadview of First Milestone app Features are as follows – some detailed functions to each feature will follow. - Mobile application to allow two different pictures to be uploaded and appear side-by-side into selected layout frames. We will collaborate on adjusting the image/frame to best fit the screen size. -Need to be able to use camera phone in conjunction with this app -Able to upload from phone’s album/gallery and other popular sites such as Pinterest, Flicker, Google Image, Facebook, Instagram, etc. When User selects image, it will upload into selected frame. -Able to add short text/caption in conjunction to the images uploaded Notes: Need to use most common/popular language code used in mobile (Android) applications to be transparent so in the event any unfinished work needs to be easily continued by another programmer/developer. I would like to use Google App Engine to run server infrastructure and Google Cloud Data-store to temporarily store app User’s images. Backend- Google’s dedicated memcache as an option to help reduce data-store costs without affecting the quality of service. Sample screen layouts (H1) and (H1PW) will be provided to qualified candidates to show phone screen layout. For completion of this project, please have this up and running on an easy client-use development webserver so that I can be walked-through to access and test its functionality as described.
