I have developed a number of applications with phonegap for android, ios and blackberry. the features you mentioned are very easy to implement and i can submit the phonegap 3 compatible apk with full source code and doc on how to setup in your ide. few of the apps in app stores are AACM, Workoutbox, MultiDine, HatersnapbackAuthenticator.
