Android Role-playing game

Hello, I am looking for a freelancer, or team of, who are willing to write an android game for me, following a game design document. You will also be provided with a crude windows application which will give more insight into what I want to achieve with this. You are responsible for coding the game, the in-game graphics and ensuring a good level of polish and playability. Sounds and music will be provided for you. The game MUST be released back to me in a fit state to submit directly to Google for their play store. The game itself is pretty much a retro-style RPG game, like one of the older Final Fantasy series. players will control up to eight characters in a real-time-style tactical battle during combat. The game is mission-structured, with the central town/shops/etc being accessed through a town overview menu. The only moving about the player does is during missions, which will usually last for around 10-15 minutes. I would also like, if possible, to add some multiplayer aspects to the game, in order to provide free marketing in the form of word-of-mouth. For example, in order to beat a mission faster, a player might request one of their friends joins in real-time, if technically possible, to provide help. This is an ambitious project with a microtransaction store, and will be released in segments. The project you are bidding on is the base game engine, with room for expansion. To provide a good idea of the workload, this initial release will have the following features: Main city, accessable only as a menu system for shops, mission centre etc. Battle system that works in a pseudo-real-time way. Up to eight characters on each side. Exploration through missions, player will be teleported directly to mission location. This release will have ten replayable missions Two main character choices, four mercenaries, one 'pet' per main character type The winning freelancer will get their bid amount, plus 20% of all net income from the game for as long as we continue to work in partnership (plus bulk payments per release), however that is to be discussed in future. There really is no rush on this project. I am willing to consider newer freelancers as a way to get your name out there, however, obviously, payment will not be made until we have a good result. Despite the fact that when work is handed over, you relinquish all rights to that work, you will still be credited. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an up-and-coming freelancer or team!
