I require an android app that will act as a IP address firewall load ip addresses from text file block all incoming and outgoing connections to ip addresses option to enable and disable blocking option to allow port 80, port 443, and DNS app will not use frameworks app will run as a service on boot app may require root if required demonstrating some understanding of the project and how to complete it will greatly increase the chance of being awarded the project thank you for your bids.
