Hi, I read carefully your proposal. It seems to me that you want to build the android App which combine background audio and your voice by mic. I have developed the voice recorder and player App using Android SDK 4.0. Here recorder and player activities are implemented in background-service mode. In this project the important is the matching between your voice format and background audio format. If both are wave formats I can finish it in time(2 days). If they are different it takes a few times(at least 5 days). I will show our Android examples if need be. Let's make a good product together. I am ready to complete more nicer than others.
