Android mini project

This is an existing Android application that need to be finished and polished. What i need is the following: 1. One activity that will allow the user to start WIFI, scan network and connect to selection. I need java activity, xml layout and manifest. The xml should show the WIFI status, the available networks grouped by security and sorted by strength. Selection should allow for entering the passkey, or use existing stored network setting if available. 2. I have try and catch throughout the project but the catch parts are not setup. I need them setup and tested to stop "force close". 3. I also have one activity that need to be finished. data (already available) needs to be displayed in listview.
