I got setup boxes that works with android system 4.2 & Win8 ,it has the ability to connect to the internet via LAN cables or WiFi,,but not via 3G/USB,,,i need to create app that will allow this devices with both android & win8 version to be able to connect the internet via 3G/USB for cellphones networks.
