I would need some explanation: - Do you need to create movie file or just play a slideshow (generated on runtime) - Do you need to perform conversion on an Android device or you want to play the created movie on it? - I do not get the part about setting the application. I suppose you want to be able to specify images order and so on. Is that right? I have developed similar application before. It was used to create language lessons from set of pictures, mp3 files and subtitles. I could port this application to Android and customize to your needs. Best Regards
