Develop a mobile application for iphone and android

We need to develop a mobile dynamic app for a concierge service, for IoS and Android. We need to have an administration private dashboard to manage the contents and information in the app, to directly supervise the contents and update them, like a CMS. It will include a personal profile of the user, a direct “call to this number” with a link, list of events, place with maps, calendars, a feature to evaluate the relative location/event. We will ask for more features after the first version, to extend the options of the app. We ask for the availability of support when to update the app when it will be needed, and the availability to modify the app to insert new features. If you are not available to render assistance in the future after the publication of the first version of the app, we ask for documentation and every file necessary to give the work to someone else.
