android sequence of pictures capture

i need an android app that takes sequence of pictures from the smart phone camera every set number of seconds (with timer, the delay time between each snap can be set -1-30 sec) , or manual click on screen button. after each snap the app alerts the user with voice directions (voice says "turn") the number of snaps can be set in advance (from 4-40) on the screen their should be a thin grid so the user can know where is the center of the frame after the last snap , the sequence is to be uploaded to our website (server database) and open the result on a new website page.(browser). it would be a better if this app could work also on android and iPhone
