A simple Android app that allows you to toggle nodes on a map

This is an Android app based off an existing game that will simply toggle nodes on a map. The nodes will light up when you press each one and it will decrement a counter as you do so. I am simply trying to copy the applet on this website: [login to view URL] into an Android program. I have permission from the game developers to make a fan-based program, as long as it is not marked as official. If you right click on the applet and view source code, the code is all there. It isn't compiled. As the map is large, the app will require smooth scrolling, fling, and pinch zoom capabilities. A counter should be shown somewhere as to how many skill points are remaining. Attached, are pictures of the map. One is compressed, for easier viewing.
