Create a Mobile Website

Hello everybody , I am a mobile affilate for 3 months now , I am looking for somebody who has a lot of experience in creating landing pages for Games and Subsription offers - to TEACH me how to make them myself .. among Adobe Muse or Photoshop or Dreamwiever - I dont mind , as long as it looks good and convincing. would like to be tougt methods,techniques,persuasive skills and mostly how to use and create my own landing page BIG NOTE : I am creating landing pages for MOBILES ( 370 X 580 ) so please those who bid will be required to be focused only for mobile creating and I would like to see your MOBILE Landing pages WORKS.
