Android Dev for Existing iOS App - Yosemite Climbing Guide

The iOS mobile application, Yosemite Climbing Guide, was released two weeks ago for iPhone. I would like to get it made for Android, as well. Yosemite Climbing Guide is a very straight forward app. It basically displays information from a mySQL database. All the back end and graphic/design work has been completed and will be provided upon hire. This includes the user interface, the mySQL database design, the database hosting (GoDaddy), all graphics, and design decisions. There will be minimal hidden obstacles, as everything on the back end is already in place. I would prefer the Android version to be coded in Java and not converted, but do not require it. I can provide the C++ coding for alterations/modifications if it proves as reliable and more cost affective. Potential Dev Difficulties: Current app is available completely offline, including the map functionality. Requirements: Developer must have access to an iPhone to view and copy current app. I am happy to answer questions that are not answered in the description above.
