App for weight scale

Thank you for reading this post. I'm working on a weight scale project (something like a small kitchen scale). The different is I connect 4 scales by using a hub. And the hub has a USB connector so that the user can use his phone's USB charging cable for connecting to the smart phone. Hardware is almost done and proven successful transfer data to the smart phone. Now I need to have an Iphone and Andorid Apps to work with the weight scale system. The following is how the scales connecting to the phone. S1 S2 S3 S4 are 4 scales. Each scale connecting direct to the hub. On the other end of the hub is with USB connector, using the usb charging cable connect direct to the phone. We are looking for a highly experience app programmer with experience of developing hardware app for us. Programmer needs to do the coding with the following: Function: -Coding for our UI design -Display 4 weight scale data (signal send from scale) -Weight Scale Low Battery Indication (signal send from scale) -Comparison scale data -Recording data for weight data, comparison data, date/time, name (user define), note (user define) -Display recorded data -Display Information Page -Display Tutorial Page For iPhone, the app must work with iOS6 and iOS7 For Android, the app must work with Android 4.x.x We will provide: UI design and all related graphics Protocol Software Specification documented Scale Hardware Programmer must has iPhone 4 and 5 + Android phones for testing the coding with our hardware. Prepare and send video to us for your testing process. Terms and Condition -All source code must provide to project poster (me) -All source code owned by project poster (me) -All project information and source code must not release to third party -Programmer must provides help for launching the app to Apple app store and/or Android play store. As we all know Apply has high restriction for app launching, programmer needs to provide help in any way including if coding is needed like change add/remove/adjust the program function to satisfy Apple's policy until app launched. -Programmer provides 3 months of warranty for solve any bugs/errors found -Source code must be provide to project poster (me) after fourth milestone released -Scale hardware is needed to return to us when the app is coding is completed Payment Terms -First Milestone 20% of total payment will be provided before project started -Second Milestone 20% of total payment will be provided when the first prototype is done -Third Milestone 30% of total payment will be provided after completion of adjustments of the app -Fourth Milestone 20% of total payment will be provided after app successfully launched in app store/play store -Fifty Milestone 10% of payment will be provided after end of warranty period
