I need a simple app made that will scan a bar code, take a picture of that item and upload it to a sql database on a website.
To clarify - The barcode will be linked to that picture that was taken and added to the database that is stored online.
This is half of the app, there is more, but if we can first achive this, then i will make a seperate job and we will continue if you have done a good job.
You agree that the code of the app will be sent to me every week. No matter what stage the app is at.
I will pay $50 milestone, and then $50 everyweek until completed.
You can check my ratings i treat my workers very well and always pay.. But in saying that, don't try to cheat me as I am well experienced with freelancers.
I can also progam a bit, and know that there is plenty of code out there that will get a bar code scanner running in the hour. So please only realistic bids.
I don't care what code the app is written in, but i perfer andriod for the beta version.

I don't see how it can take more than 10 hours when there are open source classes. Give me the job now, I will be an alnighter and deliver by 6 AM. I don't have any ratings here on android projects, I am freelancing since 2002.
