Hi, We have reviewed your all requirement and we re comfortable to create a timer app that disables other app stored on the phone and the timer will be set and will disable a selected app from accessing the internet or stopping you from opening it, until the timer runs out, once the timer runs out the app that was disabled will be fully functional again. we have already created timer app so we can do it. we are waiting for your positive response.
