Create puzzle generator for mobile game

I am planning an iOS game with a cyberpunk/hacking theme. To that end I need a module written to create randomly-generated puzzles on the fly. The details are: 1. Need at least 6 different types of puzzles 2. Puzzles should be aimed at touch-devices (e.g. geometry or logic-based, no typing). 3. Puzzle-generation module needs to be scaleable on difficulty; difficulty will be determined by a parameter passed in. 4. Puzzles will have a time limit that will also need to be adjusted based on parameter/upgrades the player users 5. Currently planning on building in Game Maker Studio in which case the work will need to be in a compatible format (this is not finalized yet). The game will be targeted to iOS but I want to be able to release to Android as well with minimal modification. The game should run natively on iPhone and iPad 7. The game will have a cyberpunk look and feel (emulating a plausible operating-system interface). The puzzles should have polished graphics and smooth animations.
