Android App

I need a simple Android App implemented. Should be finished by next friday. I don't mind how and with whom you do it, but the condition is to be finished by friday. than you get the full budget. There is an ios app in the AppStore which should be cloned. Simple Hamburger Menu, some static views (about, help, etc.), one main list view with a single details view for each entry, a Map View, and a view with a overview of scanned qr-codes. that's it. please only quote if you know what you do.
