In functionality should be as much clone as possible of eBay app with admin panel for public users.
All necessary PSD will be provided, the REST web service for backend will be made ready as you go along. You will be working close with a PHP Lead and a Java Developer.
You responsibilities also include assigning tasks to Java and PHP Developers.
Additionally the app should also provide these functionality:
* Multi-language support (Russian, Arabic and English)
* Different layouts for all the different Android and iOS device sizes
* The admin control panel for public users (see attached document)
* Auction and bidding system
* Need members to be able to take a picture or upload photos for an item
* Chat function between 2 or more people
* Photo and Video or attach file and send as attachment to Chat function
* Real Time Location tracking on maps (integrate with Google maps)
* Process payments through the APP, PCI-DSS standards
* System alerts and notifications for incoming chats, system alerts, etc
* Android widget >> to display alerts or chat requests, iOS widgets for iOS8
* Rating & Review system like eBay's star rating system
* Feedback & messaging system with sellers.
* Integration and sharing with social media (FB, TWT, INSTA, PINT, GOOG, etc).
Please note that, we cannot pay anything upfront. Payment will be done in 3 parts, upon 33% completion of project, 66% and 100%
There is also involved a bonus if you will be able to complete the project according to the deadline.
