Se solicita desarrollador con Experiencia en Android para disenar una aplicación cliente-servidor capaz de realizar registro y posterior verificación automático de personas de la siguiente manera : FRONT END EN LA APLICACIÓN DE ANDROID : Opción Registro: [login to view URL] la cámara del teléfono escanear el código de barras que se encuentra en la cédula Colombiana y descargar los datos presente en ella en una base de datos. En caso de que la lectura sea imposible tener la opción de hacer el registro manual. [login to view URL] el lector de huellas solicitar que la persona registrada deslice el dedo y la huella quede cargada junto con sus datos. [login to view URL] de manera manual datos adicionales : dirección y teléfono. [login to view URL] caso de que el registro se este haciendo en la casa de la persona , que el sistema permita marcar las coordenadas utilizando GPS. El software también deberá comparar la cédula de la persona en la pagina de la registraduria ( [login to view URL] ) e incluir informacion del puesto de votación de la persona , Opción Verificación : [login to view URL] el lector de huella para que la persona deslice el dedo y le sale toda la información que se incluyo en el registro , incluyendo el punto de votación EN EL SERVIDOR WEB : Mostrar cada uno de los usuarios registrados, los equipos android conectados y mostrar cuando se este haciendo una verificación. Ademas mostrar en mapa los puntos donde estan registrados los usuarios que se les agrego las coordenadas por GPS El desarrollador debe presentar en la propuesta suficiente explicita , donde explique el tipo de base de datos , framework , lenguaje etc , que desee utilizar en cada uno de los procesos. Ademas de los tiempos de entrega. Desarrolladores deberán demostrar experiencia , la cual sera muy tenida en cuenta para tomar la decisión . El dinero se libera luego de probar la aplicación cliente servidor , el manual del mismo , el código fuente y las instrucciones del mismo.

Hola: Mi propuesta seria utilizar Mysql, java como lenguaje del lado del servidor y el framework jsf con primefaces. La aplicacion android no lleva mucha descripcion. Tengo experiencia en el desarrollo de este tipo de aplicaciones y estariamos en constante comunicación para realizar todos los pasos del proyecto ya sea via email, skype u otra.
