we need to convert this website: [login to view URL] to a responsive one with perfect layout for desktop, tablets and smartphones websit should be based on bootstrap or foundation frameworks and coding must follow all the latest guidelines and best practices both css and js must be optimized and the use of javascript libraries must be limited in order to avoid loading delays please subimit your best offert also informing us about what tecnology you're going to use. We expect to have the work done whitin 7 days. We will not pre pay or create my milestone in advance . We will work entirely when the work is done. IMPORTANT: webpages tags, title, meta descriptions, alt image and file names should also be preserved must be preserved while converting
