Create Phonegap mobile app & Single Page Application (SPA)

Phonegap mobile app, both ios & android, for the recruitment industry including: very briefly, we have a detailed spec that we have been working on for some months now: 1. the app matches job candidates with employers using an algorithm 2. various logins eg. facebook, linkedin, mobile number etc. 3. in app credit card payments to bill user (like uber) 4. geo-location services to view candidate location (by postcode) or jobs available 5. view and choose candidates with a swipe screen (like Tinder) We are also developing an SPA to replace our web portal: the technologies currently used in the portal are as follows: • C# • MS ASP.NET MVC 4 • MS SQL Server 2012 • IIS 7 • HTML 5 • CSS 3 • Javascript/Jquery The API component is one that we're happy to look after, as it involves a strong familiarity with the existing server-side code, particularly with all the business logic it contains. Our software developers recommendation would be for the developer to build the front-end SPA component (i.e. forms, plugins, etc), using a powerful client side MVC/MVVM technology like AngularJS, together with HTML5 and CSS3.
